2026 Polar Plunge Returns!

The ever popular Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Nova Scotia  returns on April 18th, 2026.

Join us at Grand Parade on Saturday, April 18th at 11:00 am for the Opening Ceremony and the HRP escorted procession to the Queen’s Marque. Cheer on the brave plungers as they descend the steps into the cold icy waters of the Halifax Harbour all in support of Special Olympics Nova Scotia. #freezinforareason
